We believe that each guest should be satisfied with their haircut and/or color service. If for any reason a guest is dissatisfied, we will gladly make adjustments to their haircut and/or color WITHIN 10 DAYS of the original appointment date at no additional charge.

For clients arriving over 15 minutes late, you may need to be rescheduled in order to respect the schedule of other guests. All of our appointments are confirmed via text, email and/or telephone and can be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance at no charge. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service fee if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours.

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTICAL
To ensure your comfort and confidence prior to returning to Planet Salon, we have developed a training plan for all salon staff to familiarize them with the new health and safety protocols. All stylists are instructed on proper sanitation procedures, social distancing guidelines, and how to manage guest interaction in and out of the salon.

New changes will include:

Salon staff are required to wear face masks.

If a guest is receiving a salon service, it’s mandatory that they also wear a face covering.

A concierge at the front of the store will be tallying how many people come in and capping it at a certain amount, based on square footage. 

All new signage, all over the store, talking about enhanced health and safety procedures, and the sanitation measures in place.

The appointments are staggered to allow for sanitation before and after each guest.

We are going as low-touch as possible with everything so no water fountain use, coffee service or magazines at this time.

We will provide a thorough pre-appointment consultation to walk guests through all the enhanced health and safety protocols.

Salon staff will wear mask, face shield, and gloves while performing a service. Some techniques are difficult to perform with gloves so if they do remove them, they are to sanitize, do the technique, sanitize again and put a new pair of gloves on. Only hair services are being performed at this time that include haircutting and hair color.

The capes will be changed and laundered between every guest.

More space allowed for working in the salon. We have only 8 chairs in the salon to allow for appropriate distance between the chairs.

Our preferred method of payment will be touchless. Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.
We have spent much time, energy and effort devoted to a safe reopening. All staff has been instructed and trained to follow CDC mandate.
