The founder of Planet Salon, Ginger Boyle, grew up in a small Wisconsin town, but her ambitions quickly outgrew its borders. Over five decades, she’s become one of the beauty industry’s most respected stylists, educators, and platform artists.

Her influence stretches far beyond the salon, with work featured in Vogue, Elle, and countless other fashion magazines. She’s trained professionals worldwide and is celebrated for both her technical mastery and her generosity as a mentor.

Ginger gained national recognition with Aveda, then moved to Los Angeles to open Planet Salon in Beverly Hills. Her biggest legacy is Planet Salon, a creative hub she built from the ground up that’s thrived for more than thirty years.
