Elle is driven as a stylist and colorist by her enthusiasm for the trend-crazed world of fashion fueled by her interest in a diverse range of music. "I read my guest's energy. Every guest is different and it is important to be able to adjust to their mood," says Elle. With a talent both as a stylist and colorist, Elle loves to pamper her guests while showing off her knowledge and high level of training in her craft.

Keely specializes in both precision cutting and styling as well as lived-in, versatile beachy looks. For Keely, the key is discovering looks that make people look and feel amazing while creating styles that are easily recreated at home. "Communication is very important to me," says Keely. "It gives me a better understanding of who my guests are and what they really like... I enjoy making people beautiful!"
With a strong focus in designing men's haircuts that are fashionable, artistic and creative, Sam esteems himself to the highest standards in cutting. "I like to make haircuts easy to work with changing a haircut can be subtle or extreme depending on what my guests are ready for, but it is always a change for the better," says Sam. Guests learn a lot about their hair - what works, what doesn't - in a highly educated, informative and friendly atmosphere.

"Your hairstyle is your best accessory," says Baylie who prides herself on precision cutting. She began her career at Paul Mitchell and received advanced training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy. She has participated in LA Fashion Week and photo sessions featuring the Planet Salon team. Baylie is an adamant perfectionist when it comes to styling be it short, classic cuts to sexy, modern layered looks. And for those that desire more length and fullness, she offers hair extensions that are natural looking and gorgeous. Her talents as a stylist are infused with personal appeal and a deep desire to delight her guests.
"People put a lot of trust in their stylist, much less someone they've never met, so creating a relationship is important," says Aika Flores. For her, making her guest feel welcome and comfortable by being personable and someone they can relate to is really important. "I always try to explain how and why I'm approaching the haircut and style a certain way so my guests can feel like they're part of the creative process." Aika is a detail-oriented cutter who thrives on her precision and technique in both men's grooming and women's hairstyles. She makes sure each guest leaves the salon feeling their hair "is 200%" and nothing less.
"I feel like I'm doing more that just hair," says Julia Clayton. "It's important to stay current, so education is a priority for me." Julia is gifted in reading people, which makes her guests feel recognized and truly listened to. Her work is clean and precise while remaining modern and fashionably relevant. She wants her guests to feel like themselves, in every phase of the their lives, starting with their hair - be it for styling for a special event to wanting an entirely new look.

Kory moved to Los Angeles from New Orleans with a background in Fine Arts to expand his career as a stylist. He has been an integral part of the styling team at LA-based fashion shows including LA Fashion Week and H&M featuring Jimmy Choo, as well as at photo sessions for Planet Salon. Kory loves to support new team members in their educational journey and makes everyone feel at home. With guests, he exudes a laid-back confidence and enjoys working with all types of hair texture and all types of personalities he can roll with it ya'll! From the get-go you are Kory's special guest, but by a couple of appointments later, you are family.
